March is officially over and that means that it is time for me to share some of the things that I have been loving this month. I personally love reading these type of posts because it always inspire me to try out new things. I also think that it is a great way to look back at the end of the year and see what I have been loving each month. Most people only share either beauty or fashion items but I decided to create categories like fashion, food, series, etc.
I haven’t an actual fashion item as a favorite this month but a whole brand: Self Portrait. As you know if you have been reading my blog this month have I been obsessed with this brands. All of their dresses is just incredible. I am so crazy about them that I bought one a couple of days back (the one in the picture than you can buy here). Since I ordered it online haven’t I actually received it yet but I am planning on wearing it to my prom and I am sure that I am going to love it.
Netflix (the danish version) added a new season of modern family a couple of weeks back. In the beginning I couldn’t get myself to watch it because it had been so long since I watched the season that was before but I finally did it and I must say that I didn’t regret it. I ended up locking myself into my room for a couple of days until I had finished the season. I had totally forgot how fun this show was and how much I enjoyed the other seasons.
My beauty favorite this month has been this Sard Kopenhagen arganoil. With the temperatures dropping have my skin been getting so dry and this product have really helped me out. What can I say, this product is just incredible for dry skin. And not only is great for the skin I have actually also been using it in my hair to keep the ends of my hair from getting dry. I am always very picky about which products I but on my face since my skin is very sensitive but I had trust in this product since it is 100% organic and pure and it did not let me down. I only use it on my cheeks, since I have a very oily T-zone, and I could already feel a big difference after my first use. Actually I also tested it out on the dry spots on my body like my elbows and feet and it worked wonders there too. This is definitely a product that I can recommend.
A blog I have been enjoying reading is mesvoyagesaparis.com. Every single one of her outfits has me sitting with my eyes wide open just because she looks so incredible. She never fails to inspire me to try out new outfits and I always leave with an urge to buy all of her clothes. This girl just has the most incredible style. She is totally my fashion icon!
Recently have I been eating a ton of these super delicious roasted chickpeas. I have been eating them on soups, salads, basically everything. I have actually also been eating them just by themselves. Beans have never really been my cup of tea but these are amazing. Since I am vegan is it essential for me to eat beans in some kind of form to get protein and I have found these to work the best for me. They are not only crispy but they also taste amazing because they just taste like the seasoning that you put on them. You should give them a try also if you aren’t vegan.
I know that a favorite app is a bit strange category but I have found this app that I have to share with you: Duolingo. German is a subject in Denmark but I have always been really bad at it. People always say that danish and german sounds the same but somehow have german always been a struggle to me. Until I found this app. Dueolingo is an app where you can learn other languages (not only german) and it has really helped me out a lot. I am still not fluently or anything like that but now I understand basic german. One thing that does however annoy me about this app is that you can only play until you have no more health back. You lose health every time you get a question wrong. But overall is it a great app that have helped me out.
I made these spring decorations earlier this month and I ended up being so happy with the result. I am especially happy with the vase that I made out of a glass bottle that I just spray painted. The vase is now sitting on my desk with some beautiful flowers and every time I look at it am I always left with a smile on my face.
Have you had any favorites this month? I would love to hear about it.
